I worked with Jim when I managed the Mocamba Club in Sioux Falls. We were also room mates for a couple years. So many fond memories. There were so many times I thought about driving down to see him but, regrettably, never got around to. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

I had the honor of working with Jim at Plymouth County. I was privileged to be able to learn from him. One of my fondest memories is asking him, repeatedly, “Jim, how many knives do you have on you right now?” If he answered four or less, something was wrong. Thank you, Jim for all the knowledge and laughs!
Peace and comfort in the days ahead to the Lubben Family.
