Jane Boney

1935 - 2025

Jane Boney was born November 12, 1935 in Weldon, Texas. She was the daughter of the late Albert and Minnie Williamson. She passed away  peacefully at her residence with her family surrounding her January 29, 2025

Jane was a graduate of Trinity High School. She  married James Boney in 1954. Together they started their journey of life together and had a beautiful family and a long life with each other. Jane was a strong and faithful Christian Woman, she enjoyed choir, was a member of Melody Makers, she was a member White Tail Ridge of Woodville, TX. She loved being in the woods hunting to provide for her family, she had a green thumb and grew many gardens with success, Jane was loyal to her family and she loved being a mother, grandmother, and granny to all her children.

Preceded in death by husband James Boney, daughter Mary Ann Boney, siblings Odell, O’Neal, Don, John, Shine Williamson, Ilene Heft, Lois Etheridge, Judy Caldwell, son-in-law Douglas Broom.

Survived by Daughters Deborah Broom, Judy West and husband John, Lawana McNeely and husband Robert, Grandchildren James Roach, Robin Pierson and husband Rick, Kimberly Davidson and husband Matthew, Shawn Broom, William Broom and wife Gloria. 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson John Broom. Jane has left many treasured memories with us and she has taught our family many lessons for life. We will treasure her in our hearts forever and protect her legacy as our family grows together.
