Dear Mike,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. Having lost both of my parents at a much younger age one after the other, I know all too well the heartache you must be enduring. Take comfort in the fact that your mother is in a much, much better place; what little I know of your mother attests that she was a faithful Christian, and we should take comfort in the Gospel admonition that "eye has not seen, nor ear heard...the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."
Requiescat in pace, dear Janice. We have the promises of Christ to console us. Be assured of my prayers for you and your family.
