Janusz Wujkowski, Age 65, 

passed away on January 24, 2020. Beloved husband of Krystyna. Loving dad of Krzysztof, Andrzej, Anna and Tomasz. Dear grandpa of Michal, Karolina, Jas, Dominik, Kuba and Oliwia. Dearest uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Proud member of Kolo nr. 40, Biały Dunajec przy ZPPA. 

 

 

Visitation, Saturday, February 1, 2020, 3:00pm to 9:00pm at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave, Niles IL, 60714 

 

Funeral will take place in Biały Dunajec, Poland, date & time TBD. 

 

 

Z głębokim żalem zawiadamiamy, ze dnia 24 Stycznia 2020 roku odszedł od nas najukochańszy Maż, Tata, Dziadek, Wujek i Przyjaciel

Ostatnie pozegnanie odbędzie się w Skaja Funeral Home w Niles. W ta Sobote, 01 Lutego 2020 roku o godz. 3pm do 9pm.

( Modlitwy w domu pogrzebowym odbeda sie z ksiedzem o godzinie 4pm i o 6:30pm).

 

Pogrzeb odbedzie sie w Polsce, na cmentarzu parafialnym w Bialym Dunajcu. Data jeszcze nie ustalona.
