Jason is survived by parents, Mark & Barb Bartholomew; sister, Margaret (Jake) Evans; fiancé, Kristan Leary; grandfather, Vern Bartholomew; grandmother, Elaine Straw; uncle, Charles Bartholomew; aunts, Sue (Joe) Northenscold, Mary (Mike) Anderson, and Karen (Bob) Satter; nephews, Ben Smith and Aiden, Liam, Luca, and Myles Evans; niece, Shyla Evans; many other family and friends.
Gathering of family and friends from 5:00-8PM on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 E Broadway Street , Monticello, with prayers at 7:00PM.
