Jason Sabedra Obituary

Jason David Sabedra of Davison, formerly of Goodrich, age 53, died Tuesday May 6, 2025 at Bentley Manor, Clio. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life and gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-5 pm on Thursday June 26, 2025 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison, with a closing prayer service at 5:00 pm with Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating.  Private family inurnment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Jason was born in Saginaw Michigan on March 21, 1972 the son of Daniel and Patricia (Schultz) Sabedra and has resided in the Davison area the last thirty years, spending his early years in Goodrich. Jason was an outgoing person who loved sports and was an excellent softball player. He developed a love for bowing and enjoyed his time with his twin brother Danny every week at the bowling alley. Jason’s love to compete was important and he participated in the Special Olympics for numerous years. He had a strong Christian upbringing and was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Davison, and had been employed by several area restaurants


Jason leaves to cherish his memory his parents; Dan and Pat Sabedra, twin brother Danny, and sister Dana Pierson. He also leaves a son Joshua, daughter Kassy, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends. Please share your condolences with the family at www.hansenfuneralhome.net

My heart is broken for his family and friends To my uncle Dan aunt Pat , Dana , Danny and the whole family I’m so sorry for your loss .
My brothers and sister and I have so many great life long memories with Jason and his family camping when we were young , we spent a lot of time together . I remember Jason and his brother Danny being very good Athletes from the time they were little. We will always have they great memories
