Linda and I are so sorry for your loss. Our prayers and thoughts are with you .

Jeff was the Ultimate Advisor not only to his clients but to his family, friends and colleagues. He was professional, honest, friendly, giving and focused on others more than himself.

Jeff and I spent many years working together. I considered him an honest and trustworthy friend. He always had time to discuss a case and give an honest opinion. We had many good times outside of the office and we enjoyed spending time with Jeff and Kathy on company trips. Our hearts are filled with sorrow.

Jeff and I shared an office in the early eighties. We were starting our careers in the financial services business. I learned from Jeff that one could be quiet and calming and still be an excellent achiever,

We shared our lives with Jeff through our son Scott and his wife Kristin and our beautiful grandchildren Bella and Max. Jeff was a great grandfather and will be missed by Bella and Max. Losing your father at such a young age is difficult, so Kristin and Scott you are in our prayers to have the strength to get through this sad time. Kathy we have you in our prayers and appreciate all Jeff did for Scott's family. May peace come as time passes.

My thoughts & prayers to the Ruff family during this difficult time. I will miss seeing Jeff at the office tremendously & miss his humor and wit even more. I am very fortunate to have met him in my early years at Principal & will cherish the too few memories I have of him. May all of your fond memories of Jeff as a partner, father, sibling, uncle, and/or friend bring you light.
