Jennifer A. Bilyeu

1976 - 2024

Jennifer A. Bilyeu, 47, of Frazeysburg and formerly of Nashport passed away on Saturday evening, October 19, 2024 with her family by her side after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

   Born on November 21, 1976 in Zanesville, she was a daughter of Kevin P. & Patricia (Kramer) Bilyeu and a 1995 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.  After graduating from M.A.T.C. (Zane State) she was employed at Longaberger and spent the last 20 years with DK Manufacturing.  

   Jennifer Loved to read. Some of her favorite topics were U.S. History, Titanic, and mysteries.  She also enjoyed traveling.  Disney World, Zoos, and Aquariums were among her favorite places to visit. Jennifer loved animals. She had many different pets growing up.  Cats and bunnies were among her favorites.  She loved watching birds; cardinals were her favorite.  Jennifer also enjoyed playing games, doing puzzles, and playing the piano.

   Jennifer was happy to volunteer her time to accompany and chaperone her Aunt Peggy and other workers from the Nick Amster Workshop in Wooster, Ohio.  She also attended and supported their Special Olympics events and bowling league matches.  Following the death of her Grandmother Kramer, Jennifer assisted her parents in the care of her beloved Aunt Peggy when she came to live with them.

   Jennifer is survived by her mother, Patricia Bilyeu; Brother, Michael Bilyeu; aunts and uncles, Candice Patterson, Greg & Carol Bilyeu, Robin & Chuck Norris, Chris & Martha Bilyeu; special cousins, Danielle Bilyeu, Curt & Holly Bilyeu and several other cousins.

   Preceding Jennifer in death was her beloved father, Kevin P. Bilyeu whom passed away December 15, 2023; Special Aunt, Peggy Kramer; grandparents, H. William & Maxine Kramer and Lewis & Katherin Bilyeu; uncle and aunt, Dana & Susan Bilyeu; uncle, Andy Patterson; cousins, Steve Bilyeu, Bayley Norris, and Ryder Beardsly and her cat, Bitsy.

   Friends and family may call from 10:00am to 11:00am on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.  Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 24, 2024 with Pastor Jim Clegg will be officiating.

   Jennifer will be laid to rest with her father in Dresden Cemetery.
