JOAN TIPPIN WOODS WARREN

1934 - 2021

JOAN TIPPING WOODS-WARREN affectionately known as “Mother” by all who met her.   A name given to her by her youngest granddaughter Delia Woods-King.  She went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 2, 2021 at 2:00 am, at the age of 86.  She was a seamstress for Danny’s Men Clothing Store and Krauss until their closing.  She will always be remembered for her wit, sharp tongue, and honesty.  Cherishing memories are:  daughter Shelita Woods-Nunziante (John), granddaughter Delia Woods-King (Princeton), her sisters:  Mary Theresa Lewis and Joyce Antoine, like a second daughter Deborah Tobias Reid, whom she loved deeply.  She joins her parents Norman and Delia Woods, and her granddaughter Iesha Woods-Magee.  She leaves a host of great, and great great grandchildren who will also miss her deeply, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
