Joe Charley Nickels

1961 - 2026

Joe Charley Nickels was born on March 10, 1961, to Charley Leroy and Wanda Perle (Henderson) Nickels. He lived most of his life in Dibble, OK, where he died on March 17, 2026. He graduated from Dibble High School in 1979 and served one term of enlistment in the US Air Force. He later worked for several years for The University of Oklahoma in the maintenance department.

Joe was predeceased by his parents and is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Karla Nickels of Newcastle, OK; one nephew, Erik Nickels of Los Angeles, CA; uncle and aunt, James and Joyce Henderson of Washington, OK; and numerous cousins, other extended family, and friends.
