Johnnie Lendo Obituary
Johnnie Mercedes Lendo, age 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She worked for 34 years as an educator in the East Baton Rouge Parish school system. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 9 AM followed by the religious service at 11 AM at Greater Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 1414 Sora Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Reverend Clee Lowe, officiating. Internment at Southern Memorial Gardens. She leaves to cherish her memory, children Gregory Lendo, Eric Lendo Sr, Sylvia Williams and Terry Lendo; grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Arrangements entrusted to Hall Davis & Sons Funeral Services.
