Jordan Elaine Weller, 26, of Northampton, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026. Born January 13, 2000, in Bethlehem, PA, she was the daughter of Scott D. Weller, Sr. and Stephanie Kloiber. She attended Northampton High School. Jordan worked as a daycare assistant, where her passion for caring for others shone through. She was a devoted mother of two, who were her greatest pride and joy. Jordan had a deep love for animals and opened her heart and home to as many as she could, giving each one the care and affection they deserved.
Survivors: father, Scott (Kristy); mother, Stephanie; fiancé, Tracy Chase; children, Kennedy and Kohen Funesti; siblings, Scott Jr., Adam, and Lila; paternal grandparents, Scott and Sandra Seibert, and Patricia Weller; maternal grandparents, Steve and Marianne Kloiber; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services: A visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, Feb. 7th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service for Jordan at 12:00 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be presented to the Lehigh Valley Humane Society (LVHS) in Jordan’s memory. Online condolences may be offered below.

Jordan you were my second daughter growing up!..You and Megan shared so many do’s and dont’s growing up and gave me grey hair ..lol..I would not change any of the memories we all have together..Megan will definitely miss you so much as will I..Steph I hope you and your family can find peace one day..Everyone loved her and that smile that lit up the room!..She was an amazing woman and knew how to live life to the fullest!!..My deepest condolences to the family and Jordan always watch over the sweet babies you had such a short time with..Fly high sweet girl and RIP

As I sit here and ponder some memories about your life Jordan there is always one thing that really sticks out is your smile. Every time that I saw you that smile on your face always lite up the room. You loved life and always enjoyed the people you were around. It was a great pleasure knowing you and my prayers are with all your family. May God bless all of you and may He allow all of you to feel His presence in your life moving forward.
