Jose Gerardo Escapita Barron born on May 4, 1963 in Durango, México went to be with the Lord on March 17, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 58.

He is survived by his parents, Ramon Escapita De La Cruz and Maria Barron Lopez; beloved wife of 5 years, Anna Escapita; daughters, Valeria Deese and husband Josh Deese, Amayrani Escapita and husband Sergio Chavez, and Tiffany Hekman; son William Jerrell; brothers, Roberto Escapita, Javier Escapita, Ramon Escapita, Carlos Escapita, Juan Escapita, Hilda Escapita, Laura Escapita, and Mary Escapita; grandchildren, Ian Chavez, Harleen Hekman, Lua Chavez and Kai Deese. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. “May he keep trucking in the sky.”

Le sobreviven sus padres, Ramón Escapita De La Cruz y María Barrón López; su amada esposa de 5 años, Anna Escapita; sus hijas, Valeria Deese y esposo Josh Deese, Amayrani Escapita y esposo Sergio Chavez, y Tiffany Hekman; su hijo William Jerrell; sus hermanos, Roberto Escapita, Javier Escapita, Ramon Escapita, Carlos Escapita, Juan Escapita Hilda Escapita, Laura Escapita y Mary Escapita; nietos, Ian Chavez, Harleen Hekman, Lua Chavez y Kai Deese. Su presencia en nuestra vida será profundamente extrañada por todos los que lo conocieron y amaron. “Que siga troqueando en el cielo.”
