Joey had a great sense of humor, kind heart and a wonderful ear for music. He was also an outstanding runner in High School, which I always admired. Condolences to his family and those closest to Joey, he touched a lot of lives in a positive way, including our residents at Providence Place during his employment at that facility. May you rest in Peace, old friend.

Tony and Family, I had the pleasure of meeting Joe while he was visiting Tony at work. Although Joe and Tony are different, they had the same mannerisms, pattern of speech and gestures that made me giggle/smile and cemented the fact they were in deed brothers! I am so sorry for your loss and I hope you will find comfort in your sweet memories of Joe and the love you have for each other. Sincerely, Tammy Dodd, NC State Parks
