Joyce Ann Dowling, nee Mueller, of Westchester, age 64. Beloved wife of Declan Dowling; loving daughter of the late Kenneth and Yvonne Mueller; dear sister of Janice (Russell) Isaia, Jeanine (Michael) White and Joan (Joseph) Kmiecik; fond aunt of Brian, Leah and Sophia; cherished niece, cousin and friend of many. Joyce was a lover of nature and all animals. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester on Saturday April 11, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon. Entombment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
