I met Julie in 2006 at my first Barbie Convention. Soon after, she reached out to me, she was looking for a special hot wheel set w/track for her godson. I found it and shipped it to her and our friendship began. She would help anyone in need even if her plate was already full. Life is a journey. We meet so many people, their are only a few that we bond with and Julie was special. I will miss our phone conversations. Our friendship leaves me with so many great memories. We lost a great soul. Our condolences to Kevin and the family. Kevin may god continue to give you strength. Julie until we meet again. Love Arnold & Veronica

I used to work with Julie many years ago, I lost touch but occasionally messaged her, she told me that she was on disability, but I thought it was short term, my shock was great to find out about Julie´s passing. I know she was very fond of her parents as they were of her. I was glad she had Kevin in her life, especially after her parents passed away. julie loved Barbie´s and was an enthusiastic collector, even started a club. I have nice memories of Julie´s she was always kind and helpful and I enjoyed working with Julie.
I´m so sorry Kevin for your loss and all her other Family.
RIP Julie

I remember Julie (and her dad Art) from the conventions and especially for her work on the steering committee for more than 30 years. She was an avid collector and a tireless steering committee rep. She had a big personality and an even bigger heart. Deepest sympathy to her family and her fiance. The Barbie world has lost a great one. Gone too soon. I will miss you Julie, my dear old friend.
