Aunt Katherine was the youngest sister in the family of seven girls and two boys. She was a delight to be with and always kind and reassuring. I loved her visits to our house when I was a child. My mom's baby sister and my special cool Auntie. My mom Helen told us that Aunt Katherine was an "old soul!" She said things as a child that stunned my mom. She talked about the moon, space, the stars and someday we would visit there. Just have to share that. I took her name at my confirmation and only told her recently. She was honored and surprised. I know that her family will be comforted by joyful memories of her and sweet personality. I know I will. GOD BLESS and comfort all of the family.
