Kathleen (Kathy) DiAntonio February 20, 1956 – March 6, 2025
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathleen (Kathy) DiAntonio, 69, of Brick, NJ
Kathy was born on February 20, 1956, in Trenton, NJ. She was raised by her beloved parents, Anthony and Mary (Riebe) DiAntonio. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Kathy’s life was a testament to hard work, dedication, and compassion. The first half of her remarkable career spanned 25 years as a respected administrator at Princeton University, where she was recognized for her commitment and professionalism. She later retired from The College of New Jersey in 2015, leaving behind another legacy of excellence and integrity.
In retirement, Kathy channeled her passion into supporting others, working with organizations such as the ARC where she was a loving caretaker for those in need. Kathy was continuously on a journey to enhance her spirituality, finding beauty and solace in the simple yet profound miracles of life. She held a special love for the beach, lighthouses, and angels, drawing inspiration and peace from these symbols of light and hope. Her radiant presence and unwavering faith served as a guiding star.
She was predeceased by Joseph DiMeglio Jr., with whom she shared 29 years of marriage, and her beloved brother, Bruce DiAntonio. Kathy’s memory lives on through her loving family: her daughters Amy Such (and husband Mark) and Claudia Morreall (and husband Samson); her son, Joseph (Joe) DiMeglio; her grandchildren, Luciano, Rosalie, and Brucie; and her sisters-in-law, Mary DiAntonio, Pamela Schultz (and husband George), and Barbara (Bobbi) Fowler (and husband Tom). She will also be missed by her many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
While Kathy faced many challenges in her later years, her resilience and determination were unwavering. She fought through many difficult times with strength and love, sharing that love with us all as she was able.
In remembrance of Kathy’s life, the family asks that charitable donations please be made to the non-profit organization City of Angels (http://cityofangelsnj.org). Services to honor Kathy’s life will be held privately and information will soon be shared with family and friends. Colonial Funeral Home, Brick is in charge of arrangements.

I just learned of Kathy’s passing and I’m devastated. We were long time friends. I knew she was struggling and often talked with her but she would never share how she was really doing. It was her sweet way of staying positive. She was a bright light and loved her very pink Christmas tree. I will always miss you my friend and will always remember the laughter we shared or how much you loved angels. I know in my heart you are now an angel always.

Kathy shared on FB how much she adored her family and how much satisfaction she derived from helping care for others. It was great reconnecting with her on FB after so many years and I remember how she said she was so blessed when she was finally able to live at the beach. May she rest in peace.
