My condolences. Kelvin will be missed by so many. I remember this toddler that can to live with my family for a while he was accepted as our baby brother. Kelvin and I had a special connection in early years. We would call each other constantly and check on each other. Sadden that he has passed on but none of us know the time when we will be called home to heaven. RIP
