Kenneth William Chatfield

1930 - 2022

Ken Chatfield passed away at age 92. He was born and raised in Liverpool, England before relocating to Toronto, Canada. Los Angeles became his permanent home in 1960. Ken had two careers, the first in the insurance industry, becoming a senior vice-president, and the second as a real estate agent. During his first career he became a graduate of the University of San Francisco. He met Barbara Jean Hurst early in his first career and they were married on June 20, 1964. They have one son, Ian. A wonderful husband and father, he was also an avid golfer and coach for his son’s sports teams. He is survived by his wife Barbara and son Ian. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 29th at Holy Cross cemetery and mortuary in Culver City. A viewing will be held from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, with the burial service at 2:00 pm.
