Kenneth Ray Frazier
Kenneth was born in Port Arthur, TX to George and Dorothy
Frazier. He was the second of four children. He graduated from
Lincoln High School in 1975. While there he participated in
football and was a member of the Mixed Choir. After graduation,
Kenneth enlisted in the Army where his highest rank earned was
Sargent.
Kenneth was a faithful member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church
participating in the Male Chorus, Mass Choir, Greeter with the
Ushers Ministry and Prayer Group for the Sick and Shut-In until
his health failed. He also sang with the Gospel Male Chorus of
Southeast Texas.
Cherishing his memories will be his children: Natousha Pete -
Harris (Marshall), Kelvin Valsin (Charlene) and Kenneth Leon
Frazier. Edna L. Smith (former wife). Sisters June Aiken and
Lydia Briscoe. Aunts: Queen Esther Foster, Annette Marie
Celestine, Mae Pearl Gaines, Vergie Celestine, Ruth Dailey, Leola
Morris, Elvira Obey, Josephine White and Vernon Adams.
Uncles: Frank (Beverly) Frazier, Alvin (Rita) Frazier, Curtis, Emile,
Percy and Stanley Celestine. Grand children: D’Vaunte Pete,
Jasmine (Michael) Mayfield, Kenyon and Kyron Frazier. Three
great grandchildren, Niece: Chandra Aiken-Lavergne (Jeremy);
Nephews: Jerald Aiken and DaRon Briscoe. He also will be
missed by many other relatives and friends.
