We are heartbroken at the unexpected passing of our beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Son, Brother and Friend, Kevin Lloyd Hudman, 67 of Menan, Idaho. He passed from this life on June 24, 2025.
Kevin was born on March 31, 1958 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Gary Dee Hudman and Margie Colleen Jolley Hudman. He was the third of six children. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and exploring the Coltman area, especially his grandparents farm, where many of his young childhood memories began.
In 1976, he graduated from Bonneville High School, and shortly after left to serve a two-year mission to the Central America Countries Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He Loved the people of Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica and Honduras.
Upon returning home, He attended Rick‘s College and graduated in 1980. While attending a dance at Rick‘s College, he met the love of his life Glenna Jean Summers. They were married and sealed for time and all eternity on August 8, 1980, in the Idaho Falls temple. Together they built a strong and loving home raising four children who were the pride and joy of their lives.
Kevin dedicated much of his career to the Naval Reactor Facility at the INL, retiring in 2021.
Kevin treasured his spare time in giving service where he could, whether it be the Boy Scouts of America, especially the Wood Badge Program, The Young Men’s program, bishoprics at BYU-I and in his home ward. He also served as a Ham Radio Service Missionary for the Rigby ERC region, teaching and sharing his love of gun safety and shooting as a hunters safety instructor. He also enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hunting, machining and camping. Above all, Kevin cherished his time spent with family, he found great joy in supporting and celebrating the lives of his wife, children, and grandchildren.
We find strength and comfort in knowing Dad knew this was not the end. We are grateful for his testimony of Jesus Christ as the Savior, and the knowledge we will see him again.

I spent many hours of my childhood at Hudmans. I remember Kevin getting home from work one day and Dani and I each greeted him with a "Hi, dad!" He chuckled and that's when I felt part of the family.
Sending my condolences and love to the Hudmans.
