Leonard Joseph Uchanski passed away on June 13th 2023
Beloved friend of Anna Lingad for the past 20 years.
Loving son of the late John and Clara, and caring brother of the late Francis.

Len was my first "boss" when I started at Ford Motor Company back in 2001, until the time he retired. I say "boss" in quotes, because he always treated me more as an equal and a colleague than a subordinate. I always appreciated that Len respected my experience and opinion when we worked together.
I was so sad to hear of Len's passing, and am sorry I was not able to attend the visitation to pay my respects in person. My deepest sympathy and condolences to Len's friends and loved ones.

I knew Leonard for a longtime as a friend & classmate. I remember how poor the family was. I remember him telling me how he had to wash his shirt every night. I also was poor at that time but things got better when my dad went to school at Ford Motor co.
He was a quiet person but was really nice. I'm so glad he had dear friend Anna. God bless his soul.
