Leroy Spears, Sr., a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at St. Clare Manor in Baton Rouge. Leroy was born in Prairieville, Louisiana on August 29, 1941 son of the late Scott and Mary Coston Spears.
