Mrs. Linda Annette Pickren age 85 of Alpine Drive Roswell, GA. passed away peacefully on Thursday October 23, 2025 following an extended illness. Mrs. Pickren was born on July 25, 1940 in Rome, GA, the daughter of the late Herbert Clinton and the late Martha Couch Clinton. Linda loved her husband, Woodrow, and their life of over 40 years together. She enjoyed painting, nature and watching the birds while sitting at her goldfish pond. She was a realtor for over 30 years, and loved spending time with her friends, traveling, and sharing her life with others. Most of all she had a strong faith and loved the Lord Jesus with all her heart. Mrs. Pickren attended Coosa Methodist Church, and was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Jones, stepdaughter, Nicole Pickren, brothers, Bradley, Frederick and Ben Clinton.
Surviving Mrs. Pickren are daughter and son in law, Leah and Bill Burch of Blairsville, son Gregory Wayne Jones of Blairsville, stepchildren Trey and Renee Pickren of Charleston, SC., Russell Berry of Atlanta, one brother Thomas Clinton of Cedartown, GA, grandchildren Thomas Burch, Rachel Hockman, Jessica Smith, Jake Jones, Hannah Skidmore, Luke Jones, Max, Will and Jack Pickren, nine great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 15, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Coosa Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Burch officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Coosa Methodist Church or to Murphy-Harpst Children’s Home in Cedartown GA in Mrs. Pickren’s memory. The family will meet with friends at the Coosa Methodist Church on that Saturday from 1-2:00 pm.

Linda is a friend I’ll always cherish. She always lit up a room with her caring, friendly persona. I can only say I was blessed to have her dear friendship. I miss her soooo much!
