Linda Van de Bogart

Linda Van de Bogart, 75, passed away Monday March 4th, at Genesis Laconia Rehabilitation Center after her battle with lung cancer and a lengthy cognitive decline.

 Linda was born on July 16, 1948, to the late Victor Fleury Sr. and Arlene (Clark) Fleury of Pembroke. She was raised and attended schools in Pembroke.Linda was a kind and giving soul, always the first to assist when you needed a little extra care, or little extra love. She was very creative and artistic, always decorated her front porch for the holidays, and even made the newspaper on several occasions for her creativity. When her children were young, she volunteered at the Maple Avenue Elementary school in Goffstown to make period costumes for the children marching in the 1976 Bicentennial Parade.  She later volunteered at Dunbarton Elementary School for several bake sales to raise money for trips and supplies for the children. Linda was a history buff who was also a member of the Dunbarton Historical Society for a period of time.

She worked as a Postal Worker for many years making sure mail got delivered despite the weather. Her customers on her delivery route loved her dearly.  She enjoyed her gardens and flowers.

She deeply cherished her children and grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Deborah and her husband Allan: their daughter Bethany Paré and partner Jay Chubbuck, daughter Alyssa Paré and son Chadd Paré. Her son Jan Van de Bogart Jr and his wife Laura: their daughter Nicole Van de Bogart and son Carl Soucy.

She was predeceased by her son Jay Van de Bogart, her father Victor Fleury, her sister Elaina "Tootie" Tuck, her brother Roland Fleury, her sister Roseanne Cota, her brother Donald Fleury, and her nephew Jason Boulet
