Madeline Blanche Timko Pierce, 86, of Monongahela, died Friday, March 27, 2026 in her home. She was born July 20, 1939 in Monongahela, a daughter of Michael F. and Blanche Evelyn Lucas Timko.
Madeline was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. In her younger years, she was employed as a cashier at Friendly Bakery in Monongahela.
She enjoyed camping at Sunset Valley, going on bus trips to Atlantic City, and vacationing in Branson, Missouri and Wildwood, New Jersey. She loved reading magazines and the newspaper. Madeline especially loved her family, and hosting get-togethers and holidays at her house.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Pierce, of Bentleyville; grandson, Chad (Courtney) Pierce of Monongahela; great grandchildren, Sophia and Derick Pierce; sister, Joyce Kennedy of Monongahela; brother-in-law, Louis "GiGi" Lenzi of Monongahela; several nieces and nephews, and extended family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Pierce; son, Billy Pierce; daughter, Debra Bianchi; sister, Carol Lenzi; brother-in-law, Richard Kennedy.
Friends will be received on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where a Blessing Service will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Frye Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Levi Hartle officiating. Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery.
