Maisy-Ann Grace Rublee died unexpectedly in Somersworth, New Hampshire on November 6th, 2025 at the age of 25.
Maisy was born on March 14th, 2000 in New London, New Hampshire to John and Victoria Rublee. She attended Mount Royal Academy in Sunapee, NH; graduated from the Academy of the Holy Family in Baltic, CT; and attended Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, FL.
Maisy was a daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, friend, and beloved girlfriend. In her tragically short time on earth she brought light and laughter into every corner of every room she entered. She is remembered for her brilliance, artistic talents, gifted writing, undeniable humor, selflessness, bravery, patience, kindness, wisdom, unconditional love, gratitude, and outspoken, passionate advocacy for schizophrenia.
In her life she fought battles every second of every day that she never let show. She was diagnosed with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) in 2017 and Schizophrenia in 2021. She fought hard. She wielded resilience and courage as her battle axes on a battlefield of chaos.
She bravely sought treatment and to be better. This included several hospitalizations, numerous emergency room visits, many, many medication changes, and shifting side-effects. She was forced to discover for herself a rotating door of psychiatrists, therapists, doctors, counselors, and spiritual directors. She exhausted every resource possible.
By her side were her sisters, parents, friends, family, and her rock - her beloved and devoted boyfriend of over 5 years, Phil Dahlberg.
Phil cared for Maisy and supported Maisy with steadfast love like no other. He brought great comfort, peace, and joy to Maisy and her family.
Maisy cherished her Catholic faith. In the final days before her passing she received the sacraments of Confession, renewal of her baptismal vows, and the Holy Eucharist. Maisy's family and loved ones grieve her absence, but find comfort in awaiting heavenly reunion with Maisy. Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
Maisy is survived by her Father John F. Rublee of Danbury, NH/Ave Maria, FL; her mother Victoria A. Rublee of New London, NH; her sisters Molly T. Rublee of Merrimack, NH; Megan F. Jaworski of Orlando, FL, (Brendan M. Jaworski) their son James M. Jaworski; Madeline R. Rublee of Kittery, ME; and Michelle A. Rublee of Portsmouth, NH.
Friends may call at the Chadwick Funeral Home, 235 Main Street, New London, NH on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 724 Main Street, New London with burial to follow in West Part Cemetery, New London.
In addition to flowers, please consider a donation to NAMI-NH (National Association for Mental Illness) to save and serve the schizophrenic community of New Hampshire.

Maisy-Ann Grace, a beautiful soul. Your smile always lit up the room. After working briefly with you at Sophia Institute it was apparent that you were a special kind of person. I felt very touched when you would come in my office to confide in me and share your struggles.
The Sunday before you passed, I had the privilege of sitting beside you at the 12:00 Mass at St Elizabeth Seton. After chatting with you and your sisters, you gave me a big hug upon saying goodbye. Little did I know this would be the last time I would see you. God bless you sweet girl. Rest in the peace and light of Jesus Christ. Love Claudette Billodeau

Having attended Maisy-Ann Grace's funeral, I was so grateful to God for the outpouring of love (and grief) that all in attendance experienced. A family, faithful to God and the Church, surely God's mercy will endure for a beautiful and pure soul such as Maisy. My prayers are with the family. For Maisy, the strife is over, may you rest in peace. Thank you for being such a beautiful light in our lives.

I attended Mount Royal Academy with the Rublee girls, and Maisy was my big buddy through elementary school, growing into a friendship with both her and her sister, Michelle, as we grew older. I will always remember Maisy’s kindness, her creative spirit, and the gentle, selfless way she cared for those around her, especially the deep, unmistakable love she had for her sisters and family.
To the Rublee family, I am deeply sorry for your loss. My heart aches for all of you. Please know of my continued prayers for you all. I pray that Our Heavenly Mother will comfort your family under her loving veil, and that you find strength through the prayers of others. Eternal rest grant unto Maisy, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May her souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, Rest In Peace.

To the family of Maisy Ann:
Our deepest condolences to your entire family, we are only strangers
But feel close to your pain,
We as a family are also sharing the same grief that you are feeling.
First I want to thank you for sharing the words that your loved one had experienced. Only those who have lost one from this experience of Mental Illness can truly understand the deep pain. And through your words you will help others .
May you all have comfort knowing that your loved one is now resting in peace and with no more pain.
She now has the number one doctor with her And that is God.
She is now a beautiful angel
Please know that you are all in our hearts, we are 3,000 miles away but can still feel your pain.
Take care and God Bless

Dear Maisy,
We love you and will miss you greatly. May you rest in God's peace! To Maisy's family especially Michelle: the Sisters and the Academy of the Holy Family Faculty and Staff are praying hard for you and Maisy. May you receive a lot of love from your family and friends during this difficult time and may you also receive many graces from God because He is very close to you more than ever! I wish I could attend the funeral Mass but I won't be able to make it due to the commitment I already made. Please know that you are in our prayers. Love and prayers, Sister Mary Jane Vo, SCMC.
