Mrs. Aragon, or who I lovingly called, “Fatima’s Momma” was a loving mother who was actively present in her family’s life. Many people loved her; including those like me who got to see her shine from afar. Fatima’s momma was an EXCELLENT cook - today, I still think about Momma Aragon’s chicken salad recipe years after I tasted it. She was the light of her family. This is a deep loss for everyone who knew her. I rest in God’s comfort that she is present with the Lord, in heaven, in holy reunion with her loved ones who have gone before her. Jesus said, “blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted”. Father God, wrap your loving arms around Momma Aragon’s family and friends as they grieve. May they too believe that we shall all meet again for those who believe in Your son, Jesus, as our Lord and Savior. I praise God for letting us borrow his faithful servant and beautiful soul for this short time here on earth. We thank you for receiving our beloved with immense joy, peace, care, and no pain. My deepest condolences to the family. I love you all.
