Marianna Megerle (nee Miller), of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the age of 74. She was born Sunday, May 1, 1949 in Springfield, Ohio to Chester Lee and Wilma Louise (nee Patten) Miller.
A strong independent lady ahead of her time, Marianna focused her love and energy into her family. She made others feel like family, sitting around the table listening with an open mind, and of course sharing her opinion. You could always count on her creativity in making up a new game to play at the next holiday gathering. Marianna loved music and was a loyal fan of The Voice, especially Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. With a personality the size of Texas, Marianna never met a stranger. She could have a conversation with just about anyone about anything. Marianna has left her touch with everyone she met. Her legacy will continue to live in those that loved her.
Marianna was preceded in death by: parents, Chester and Wilma Miller; husband, Robert Megerle; and a brother, Chris Miller.
Marianna is survived by: son, Larry (Vanessa) Risher; grandchildren, Anthony (Ashlee) Risher, Harlan Risher, Ethan Rudicil, Kaylee Back, and Taylor Neff; brother, John (Georgeanne) Miller; sister, Phyllis Fallace; and many loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, Ohio 45040. Words of Remembrance will be shared by her son, Larry, at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in West Chester Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the charity of your choice.
Mueller Funeral Home is honored to serve the Megerle/Risher Family.

To Marianna’s family I’m so sorry to hear about Marianna. Her and I go way back to second grade. We had so many good times together when we were younger. She was such a fun person to be around. We spent many years “hanging out” together I will cherish those memories. Sending my sympathy and love to you all. Connie Shaffer Tehan
