Not sure what to say?

I worked for Marilyn many years ago having met her at the Alden Muffin Tin one summer. I needed work more than money so cleaned house for her at the cottage. I suggested a rate of $10-15/hour during my interview and she was willing to pay me $15 "...because you're a college graduate". Never underestimate the value of education. :) She was a delightful employee and friend. I'm sure she is missed by many, including me.

I had the wonderful opportunity to get to know Marilyn (and her husband, Hugh) when they lived at our condo in Bellaire. Marilyn was a delightful force... full of love and life and I enjoyed every moment we shared. My deepest sympathy to her children, grandchildren and extended family.

Your mom was always so kind, amazing, inventive, funny and more! She will be surely missed and si fondly remembered.

I was enriched by knowing Marilyn. I have been one of her caregivers for the past several years and I have been blessed by our relationship. We would read scripture together and pray together . Reading the Word was soothing for Marilyn. I will miss her physical presence but she was weary of this world and ready to go home. Love you Marilyn ❤

My heart goes out to you and your family. She had extraordinary care and love in the last years of her life. She’s in heaven.

We were one of marilyn’s many neighbours for many years in ocean ridge. She was just a sweetheart,,what a smile! Marilyn mad me feel so welcome every time I saw her. Love u Marilyn. God bless u Jeff and your family.

Bill and I have such happy memories of Marilyn - the quintessential hostess at the farm for Thanksgiving, the doting mother and grandmother with a twinkle in her eye, the vibrant storyteller with a mischievous sense of humor. We especially admired the close and loving relationships we saw between her and her grandchildren. She will be missed but so fondly remembered.
