Mark Jones, II Obituary
Mark Allen Jones, II, 27, of Smithfield, VA passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2023. He is the son of Mark Allen Jones, I and Crystal Dawn Jones. He is survived by his parents; his brother, Nicholas Lee Jones; grandparents, Luther Wayne Jones, Doris Daughtrey Jones, Junior Middleton and Ann Middleton; uncles, Douglas Jones and Walter Starr (Keesha); aunts, Angela Jones and Kendra Revella (Derek); and many friends, cousins and extended family. “Little” Mark had an infectious smile and long red hair that everyone remembers. He never knew an enemy. He was his mom’s gypsy soul and his dad is so proud of the man he became. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, 11 a.m. at Mill Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery followed by a reception at the church. The family will receive family and friends on Friday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Little's Funeral Home, Smithfield, VA. The family requests those attending the services to wear casual attire and their favorite hoodie in honor of Mark. Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com.
