Mary Ann Foscoe, 69, of Murrysville, formerly of East McKeesport, died Wednesday, April 6, 2016. She was born March 7, 1947 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Ann Mirda Yatsko. She retired from the Pittsburgh High Tech Council and had previously worked for the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne (Scott) College of Jamestown and son, Charles (Kathleen Krugh) Foscoe of Greensburg, brother, Andrew (Denise) Yatsko of North Versailles, grandchildren, Charlotte and Danielle Foscoe and Nicholas, Amanda and Troy College, aunt, Margie (Mike) Ratica of Elizabeth Township, dear friends, Joann and Larry Speicher of Wilmerding, nieces and nephews. There is no visitation. A memorial service will be held Monday April 11 at 2:30 PM in the chapel of Mount Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Township. Inurnment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum.
