Mike was always a good story teller with the ability to make a bad situation comical. I loved the good old days of golfing, hanging out, and just having fun when we were all younger.

Mike was a good friend to me.
We would talk about everything. We especially liked talking about his writing. We would discuss different themes and different characters that he could write about. We also liked talking about our fathers and what they did during the war.
I will miss him
