Miguel A Marquez

Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, MIGUEL A. MARQUEZ, 60, of San Miguel left his dwelling place on earth and entered eternal life to be with his heavenly Father, Friday, June 27, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 12, 1953 in Flores Magon, Chihuahua, Mexico to Federico and Guadalupe Gallegos Marquez. He was employed by Rio Grande Rock as a Crusher Operator and was a communicant at San Miguel Catholic Church.
Those left to mourn his passing include his loving wife, Irene Ramos Marquez of the family home; two sons, Rolando Tellez and wife Veronica of Las Cruces, Frank Ramos and wife Lorena of Anthony; two daughters, Amanda Marquez, Crystal Marquez and companion, Raul Guzman all of Las Cruces; two brothers, Socorro Marquez and wife Maria of Flores Magon, Chihuahua, Mexico and Santiago Gallegos of Oxnard, California; three sisters, Maria Antonia Bustamante and husband Jesus of Flores Magon, Chihuahua, Mexico, Leticia Shrauger of Oxnard, Califonria and Marisela Esparza and husband Jose of Las Cruces. Other survivors include twenty-one grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jesus Manuel and Esteban Marquez.
Visitation for Miguel will begin at 6 PM Wednesday, July 2, 2014 in San Miguel Catholic Church, 19217 S. Highway 28 where the Prayer Vigil is scheduled for 7 PM. Family and Friends will join together to celebrate the Holy Mass of Resurrection at 10 AM Thursday, July 3, 2014 in the same church with Reverend Martin Cordero officiating. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow in the San Miguel Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
Serving as casket bearers will be Rolando Tellez, Frank and Danny Ramos, Lalo and Joshua Moreno, Raul Guzman and Ramon Garcia.
