Dear Norman and Family:
I recently heard of Nancy's passing and would like to extend my sincerest condolences to you all. I worked with Nancy when I was stationed at Vandenberg AFB in 2000 through her retirement from the Air Force, I believe in 2001. Throughout the rest of my career in the USAF, I never worked with another individual who was more positive, more expert in non-appropriated funds, and more dedicated to his or her trade as Nancy. As Vandenberg was my first real leadership job in financial management, I always remembered Nancy over the years -- first for the kindness and patience she showed me as she tried to teach me about my job; and secondly, for the enthusiasm and positive energy she brought to the squadron every day! My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this very difficult time -- and, I hope you find comfort knowing that Nancy touched so many of us in good ways and left lasting marks with many more, including and especially me! May God bless all of you...

Nancy was the BEST thing I did for the USAF NAF Program when I hired her as my Budget assistant in 1985. She was not only a GREAT worker, she remained a good and long time friend since that time.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
