Nikki Burnett, 34

Nikki Jo Burnett-Galloway 34, was granted her angel wings on Sunday, March 18, 2018.

Nikki was born October 19, 1983 in Blackfoot, Idaho to Walker Galloway and Elaine Burnett.

She attended schools in Blackfoot, Idaho. She then went on to attend school in the Gooding area. Following her schooling she moved to Nampa, Idaho where she lived until the time of her death.

Nikki’s life seemed too short to many of us, but those who loved her understood. Her gentle smile and strong will gave us all such courage and hope. She reminded us of the preciousness of life. “Our” Precious Nikki will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Nikki Jo is survived by her beloved grandma, Mary R. Alvarez; parents, Walker Galloway and Elaine Burnett; brother, Scott Oliver; sisters, Kelli Rose,“Boo”, Evelyn, Joette and Shannon Galloway; nephew and niece, Camden and Tylie; special aunties, Sarah & Amber Alvarez; special cousins, Mary Ella Alvarez and Winter Joy Tindore; plus numerous uncles, aunties, nephews, nieces, cousins and extended family throughout Idaho and Wyoming.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Richard Burnett Sr. and Donald Alvarez; parental grandparents, Georgina Teton Galloway and Frank Galloway; uncle, Albert Burnett; and cousins, Ryan Thane and Kennard Bird Burnett.

The family will visit with friends and family from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave, Blackfoot. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Fort Washakie, Wyoming. Condolences may be sent to the family at: www.hawkerfuneralhome.com.
