She is survived by her children, Timothy (Kristen) Goettsch and Jane (Todd) Taylor, three grandchildren, Cassandra Goettsch and James and Emma Taylor, and one great grandchild, River Starch. Sisters Bonnie Oldaker and Marla Polly of Sioux City, IA and Kay Fortner of Crisfield, MD, Sister-in-law Laura Beck, and several nieces and nephews. My sincere sympathies to her family. My mom, Barb McConnell had known Norene and her sisters for many many years, and enjoyed their friendship. May you find comfort in the memories you have shared.
