Our thoughts and prayers are with the Genardo family during this tough time. Pat was a wonderful and kind person, who made you feel like family the first time she met you. We greatly appreciated her compassion after the loss of our mother. Pat's accomplishment in this world and her commitment to the care of the disabled and people in need should be applauded. You laid there in that hospital
bed, you tried so hard to hold on.
God was calling you home. He needed
another angel to help pour out the rain.
Tears have fallen, hearts where shattered, but it was time for you to fly home.
Your loved ones came to say their last goodbyes, to tell you they loved you, and that you will be forever missed.
As your heartbeat stopped, and your eyes slowly closed, God took another angel home.

I have so many wonderful high school memories that include Pat and Jorie Genardo. All of "the moms and girls" having fun together through the cheerleading seasons, school dances, teepeeing, etc. A new memory was recently added when my mom and I visited with Pat, Jorie, and the Belsha women. It was if no time had passed and of course, was a great time. We're so glad we got to see your mom and everyone, Jor. She was a kind and fun lady. I can picture all of our moms talking and laughing while watching us from the stands. She'll be watching over you from Heaven.

My thoughts are with Pat's family. I have enjoyed getting many glimpses via Facebook over time. Pat and I corresponded at times since I moved east. Pat was a mentor and an inspiration. Her smile was contagious. She will be missed, but also remembered. She is at peace now, what a journey she had.

To have known Pat is a Blessing and a honor. Pat was Heaven sent, an Angel among us all. Pat lifted your spirits just being around her, or talking to her. She had a beautiful smile and the best laugh! She could make everything better. Pat shared her wisdom and advice. She lived her life giving of herself, spreading love and caring for everyone. She was the best nurse, best friend, best employer anyone could ever hope to have. Pat was a Rock, Hope, Strength to so many. She loved her family deeply. It filled my heart with Joy to see such a close and loving family. I Thank Pat's family for sharing her with so many. I will grieve the loss of Pat forever, but I am so grateful for the wonderful memories of her loving friendship. Dear Beautiful Friend...You can rest now... pain free in Gods arms. Pat was a one-of-a-kind person of remarkable strength! I will only remember her full of life starting back to when we were room-mates at Masonic. I'm so glad that I was able to see her, even the few times in later years! She will be missed by many!

Love to all of you. She welcomed me with open arms when I first walked in as a newbie at Christ hospital. Such good times we shared. She's also responsible for Tom and I getting married (Tom still blames her)! As difficult as it is, I'm glad she is out of pain and in God's arms.
