Paul William Childress

Paul William Childress, 53, of Manila died July 31, 2021 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was a retired CNA and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Childress was born March 26, 1968 in Blytheville to Johnnie William and Betty Sue Walls Childress. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Christopher Mays, three brothers Freddie Childress, Leroy Childress and Jimmy Childress and one sister Johnnie Nix. He is survived by his life partner Dorothy Mays of Manila, two sons Matthew Mays and Gordon Mays of Manila, two brothers Billy Joe Childress of Batesville and Joseph Orr of Luxora and one sister Vivian Orr of Luxora. Visitation will be Monday, August 2, 2021 from 6-8 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Dewayne Milton officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola, AR is in charge of arrangements.
