Paula had served as Director of Admissions at Gordon Hospital for 15 years prior to her retirement.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Bryce Dodd, Grant Dodd, and Alex Dodd, all of Calhoun; a grandchild, Aria Dodd of Calhoun; her brother, Douglas Jackson and his wife Sharon of Abingdon, VA; nephew, Eric Jackson and his wife Catherine of Chesapeake,VA; great niece, Charlotte Jackson and a great nephew Thomas Jackson both of Chesapeake, VA., and a host of cousins and other relatives.
Services to honor the life of Mrs. Paula Jackson Dodd will be held Monday, June 13th at 4:00 PM from Calhoun First Apostolic Ministries, 712 New Town Church Road, Calhoun. Entombment will follow at a later date in Fain Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Sunday, June 12th from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The family ask that flowers be omitted at Paula's request.
Condolences may be left at www.maxbrannonandsons.com. Funeral services for Mrs. Paula Jackson Dodd are under the care and direction of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun.
