Not sure what to say?

I was so sorry to learn that Penny had passed away. We worked together at U. S. Steel in Pittsburgh for a number of years. My husband and I attended her wedding to Jim. Penny was a joy to be around and was a bright spot in the office. My sincere sympathy to her two children. Marianne Wagner

I'm sorry for your loss.

Just heard of Pennys passing! I am saddened to hear. A long time classmate, we spent time together at our 50th high school reunion. Caught up on life. laughed, drank wine!!! Such a beautiful, talented woman. Happy, vibrant!! Heaven got quite an angel! May her memories be a blessing!

I met Penny in Dormont as we lived in the same neighbor and walked to school together. We shared many experiences and she will be missed.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Penny's passing. I am fortunate to have been able to spend time with her and Uncle Ed during my time in Arizona. She was always so full of life with a contagious smile.

We are SO Sorry to hear about Penny! She was a delight and a pleasure to know! We had such a great time staying with her and Ed in Az. She always had that vivacious smile and personality and seemed to never know a stranger! We know she loved you all very much and she will be in our prayers as well as all of you!

Penny's Obituary

Penny Seemiller passed away on September 18, 2022, at the age of 73. Penny grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she met and married Jim Seemiller, who she had two children with: Corey (49) and Chad (46). After later living in Indiana, Illinois, and Florida, she settled in the metro Phoenix area, where she resided for the last 35 years. During that time, she met Ed Hahn and spent the next nearly two decades together where they worked in the event planning industry and traveled the world. Penny was always surrounded by friends and family, often enjoying company over a glass of wine and plenty of chocolate, as her vibrant personality and contagious laughter drew in so many to her inner circle. She enjoyed making mosaic art, collecting antiques, interior decorating, engaging in volunteer work, cheering for the Phoenix Suns, and traveling to her favorite places like Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Cinque Terre, Italy. Grandma Penny, as she was known to her two beloved grandchildren, Kacey (13) and Lily (10), always spent countless hours with them playing games, doing art projects, swimming, and cooking. Anyone who ever had the fortunate experience of knowing Penny was better for it. She will be greatly missed.

Penny is predeceased by her parents, Helen and Phillip Benner, her sister, Judy Prunchak, Jim Seemiller, and Ed Hahn.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
