Phyllis Garrard

1947 - 2026

GARRARD, PHYLLIS – Of Grand Blanc, age 78, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Phyllis was born in Flint, Michigan on May 10, 1947, the daughter of the late Winston and Marie (Dowler) Martin.

She married Paul Garrard on December 8, 1978. 

Phyllis liked to do puzzles. She worked for General Motors on the assembly line. 

She is survived by her daughters, Tabitha (Steven)Teague, Angie Garrard, sons, Ryan Garrard, Billy Garrard; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; brothers Mike (Cheryl) Martin, Terry (Leona) Martin and Bryce (Dianna) Martin.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Garrard, daughter, Wendy Martin, son Johnny Garrard, granddaughter, Catherine Teague and grandson, Logan Garrard.
