Randall Jay Thomas, 62, passed away on July 30, 2023 in Perry, FL. Randy was born August 13, 1960 in Headland, Alabama to JD Thomas and Jean Hartzog Thomas.
Randy loved spending time with his family and reading his bible.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents JD and Jean Thomas, two brothers Robin Thomas and.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years Glenda Thomas, six children Brandi Collins (Macy), Josh Thomas (Joni), Tony Thomas (Mandy), Danielle Thomas (Daniel), Randy Thomas Jr, JD Thomas (Jessica), 11 grandchildren, two brothers Richie Johnson and Ronnie Johnson, two sisters Judy Fisher, and Patsy Johnson, two dogs Boots and Brooklyn Thomas as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 at 11:00 at San Pedro Baptist church cemetery with Brother Dennis Noble officiating. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.

I've known Rany since 71 we were good friends in the 70s. But as we got older we drifted away from our friendship. He was a good guy a d is now in a better place.
