Caregiver Nurse

Renae was a very special person full of life! I loved her big smile and her laughter. I was one of her Nurses. Even when I was having a difficult shift she will makes me smile with her occurrences! She will call yelling for “help” or put her light on and when I walked into her room and asked “what do you need or why are you yelling are you ok”? She will reply with a big smile and laughing “yes, I just wanted to see you”. She reminded me why I became a Nurse. To take care of people in their worst moment and be there when they feel lonely, specially during this pandemic. My heart goes out to her family in this difficult time. R.I.P Renae!
