He enjoyed outings on his Harley motorcycles and loved being with his family and dogs.
Rick is survived by his brothers; Joe (Cheryl) of Woodburn ,John (Diane) of Silverton
and 24 nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held Thurs. July 9, 2015 from 1:00 -5:00 PM at Simon-Cornwell Colonial Chapel- Woodburn.
Funeral Mass will be held Fri. July 10, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church -
Gervais, OR.
Interment service will be at St. Luke Catholic Cemetery- Woodburn.
Memorial contributions can be made to American Diabetes Association.

Rick was very important to the Johnston family. Rick watched over the farm house for years as my parents got on in years.This was a great comfort to the family members that lived out of the area. Rick was loved and will be missed by the extended family of the late Charles and Ellen Johnston. Rest in peace good friend!
