Mr. Ray was/is a GREAT man! He and Mrs. Shirley were a big part of my impressionable years growing up and helped shaped me into who I am today. (along with Mr. David, Mrs. Melba and Ms. Bonnie Mae) Their big hearts will never be forgotten. They took us on family vacations, fed us when times were lean and made us feel like we were part of their family. Oh - the stories I could tell about all of those wonderful years! Mr. Ray - thank you for the love and the acceptance. I will never forget your BIG heart, kindness and generosity. Tammy and Ritchie - thanks for sharing your wonderful family with the Smith kids! Mr. Ray's light lives on in this world!
