Richard R. Reihel, age 64, of Saint Cloud, FL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26, 2022. Loving son Elaine (Harry) Reihel-Schneider. Dearest brother of Pamela Cook, Terri Hillard, and the late James Reihel. Kind uncle of James Cook, Jessica Cook, and Kayli Hillard.
Richard was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps., and was employed by Cessna for over 20 years. His passions in life included fishing, spending time with his beloved dog Cody, and rooting for the Chicago Bears every Sunday!
Memorial visitation Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 p.m. at Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt.30/Pleasant Springs Ln.) Dyer, IN.

It's been a year since he's passed and everyday I drive by his old house in St. Cloud, I always smile because he'd be out with Cody or grilling steaks. He always had time for beer and talking about Da Bears.

We were saddened to hear of Richie's passing. I worked with Richie at Cessna and enjoyed our late-night work hours to BS about everything. We remember when he got Cody and my wife help Rich name him. I would pass by his house out of the blue and pull in to shoot the breeze. A big loss to those who knew and a bigger loss to those who loved him.
