I feel very privileged to have known Mr. Standrich. I spent many nights at their house spending the night with Terry. I got very close to this family. And love each and everyone of them. Being the strong energetic man that he was this will be a great loss to this family. I am so saddened by the loss. He is up in heaven planning or building something!! After the funeral my husband and I walked through Derby and I showed my husband all the houses he built. It was amazing to see all of them. He built my family home. He will be missed by so many people. Love Becky and Steve Schrup Wylie, Texas

My heart is saddened to hear of Rich's passing. Seeing him ALWAYS put a smile on my face and I will miss hearing him say, "Hey Preacher! If you were only Lutheran, I'd probably visit your church."

He was such an honest and honorable man. I always considered him my mayor and would often call him "The Honorable Richard Standrich," because the title fit him perfectly!!!

DiAnn and I send our love to the family and regrets that we were not able to attend the service to show our respects.

Mrs. Standrich,
Wanted to express my appreciation for your husband. He built a home for my family in the late 80's. He was such a wonderful and patient man. So very helpful with the whole process of home building. Such a man of integrity. It was such a wonderful experience. He will be my measure if I ever build another home.
My deepest sympathy for your loss.

God bless you and your family.

To Rich's family,
Rich built our house over 20 years ago. We'd heard he'd build a sound house, but we didn't know how much we would appreciate getting to know him and be his friend. Such an honest businessman and such a faithful and loving husband and father he was! We always enjoyed visiting with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God grant you peace and comfort.
