Rick Cook Obituary
Rick Cook, age 64, of Coulterville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 8:21 a.m. in his home.
Rick was born on September 17, 1953 in Belleville, IL, a son to Robert C. ad Katherine A. (Patton) Cook. He was of the Methodist faith and had worked as a surveyor and in oil exploration. Rick was very intelligent and loved dogs and sports.
Survivors include his mother, Katherine Cook of Coulterville, IL; a brother, Steve (Mary) Cook of Fairview Heights, IL; a sister, Vicki Hood (Herb Simmons) Coulterville, IL; special cousins, Chuck and Ebony Rackley of Coulterville, IL; a good friend, Dale Carns of Coulterville, IL; his beloved dog, Ruby; and his nephews
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert C. Cook.
Graveside services will be held in Coulterville City Cemetery, Coulterville, IL on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Paul Ritter officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the Randolph County Humane Society.
Pyatt Funeral Home, Coulterville, IL is in charge of arrangements.
